If I had a son he would look like....Trayvon?

Reporting from Washington — In calling for “some soul-searching” on the incident, President Obama offered a very personal reflection on the killing of Trayvon Martin, a young black teenager in Florida that has sparked a national outcry.

“If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon,” Obama said Friday morning in the White House Rose Garden, his first public comments on the incident.”

Really?

Well there’s nothing like a president who condemns controversial “inflammatory” statements, then turns around and throws gasoline on a race “fire” but he said it and it can’t be taken back.   What really bothers me is that if President Obama is going to wade into this latest “incident” can’t he be a little more honest?

Mr. President , you and I, and everyone else in this country and on this planet know that if you had a son he would would not  look ANYTHING like Trayvon.  Really , let’s be honest. If you had a son Mr. President I think he would more closely resemble this young man…
